Closing Dates
Insertion Orders: Written or verbal space reservation must be received by the 10th of the second month preceding monthof issue. Order must include space required, whether ad is new or a repeat, whether any copy changes by publisher will berequired, and whether the ad contains a coupon. Requests for placement will be honored on an as- available basis. No cancellations will be accepted after the 20th of the second month preceding month of issue.
Materials: New ad materials must be received by printer by the 20th of the second month preceding month of issue.
Copy Approval: A photocopy (or equivalent) of any new ad must be received by the 10th of the second month preceding month of issue.
Display Classified Advertising
Sommelier Journal offers display classified advertising by the column inch. Although these ads are not available in color, they are more economical than regular display ads.
