RESTAURANT SPOTLIGHT The Joel Palmer House, Dayton, Oregon Jennifer Cossey, CSW Jennifer Cossey discovered wine while attending school in California and has since worked in a variety of capacities in the industry. She currently serves as the wine director for Veritable Quandary in Portland, Ore. She is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators. As a wine journalist, she has contributed to Oregon Wine Press, Wine Business Monthly, Northwest Palate Magazine, 1859 Magazine, Oregon Public Broadcasting, Wine Press Northwest, OPB, and Mix Magazine.
