"Green" is a hot trend; Julianne Will takes a look at some of the actions restaurants, bars, and hotels are taking as well as some of the decision-making they have to go through:

There is a clear tension that still exists between the two "greens", but I'd like to hear from everyone out there if they have made similar eco-initiatives, or decided not to.
