Our latest wonderful article from Dr. Goode on wine flaws focused on oxidation. He called it a "fortunately rare" fault, and listed a series of methods to avoid it, in both the winemaking and storage areas. I'm curious if any of you have had success in avoiding oxidation that you attribute to any of these methods (or others).
