Ok,
A lady at a table looking for a wine recommendation says, "Well, I did just brush my teeth before coming here."
What would your course of action be? What might you recommend either in a wine sense or cleansing sense?
Or both.

While I can't comment specifically on the chemical reaction between residual toothpaste matter and wine, it has generally been neither a pleasant nor a seamless one. Have some water, tap, mineral or otherwise, flash those gleaming teeth, and then get on with it, I say!
