Any recommendations on any great books to study for the Court of Masters Sommelier Exam for Level 1 & 2 and Advanced?

There are many wine books out there and hopefully others will chime in with a few of their favorites. A couple of my personal favorites are:
Adventures on the Wine Route by Kermit Lynch
Thomas Jefferson on Wine - John Hailman
Also, because you are a SJ subscriber, you can search though the archives and find lots of great articles. :)
