So i Have a question for everyone.
I am doing a dinner at the end of the month with Domaine Dujac and Etienne de Montille. They have given me a list of wines that they plan on pouring that evening, and i am having trouble finding reliable tasting notes that that are also recent. Now I will have my own notes after the event but i need to give my Chef an idea as to what stage the wines are in and what are the predominant characters at the moment.
